Hands-on History of Chocolate

The chocolate we eat today is vastly different to the chocolate eaten over three millennia ago, when it was first cultivated around Central America. I am always curious about the history of food we eat today, as we often don’t put any thought into where it comes from, other than out of a packet. Alex and I were lucky enough to make chocolate from scratch in the beautiful town of Antigua, Guatemala.
