When I first heard of this kind of coffee, my first thought was ‘gross, I’ll never try that’. But one day I ran out of milk and thought I’d give it a go. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it! And because of the high fat content it keeps me feeling sated for much longer, a great drink to start the day with.
Ingredients per cup
Freshly brewed coffee
1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients in a blender (or I use a stick blender) and blend for 1 minute, until fully combined and nice and fluffy. Pour into your favourite coffee cup and enjoy!
If you want to try with different flavours, you can add vanilla essence, or a pinch of cinnamon.
